Tonight after the experiments Miho made me Takoyaki for dinner. It was really nice. She brought all the ingredients including the takoyaki fry pan. She made too much again, so I took the leftovers for lunch the next day. Again even though she had a full day of work she made the one hour trip to make me dinner. I’m so impressed. I asked her if she made all the food because she liked me, she told me she did it because she likes to cook.
The process of making takoyaki. Just pour the batter with all the ingredients. (‘Tako’ means octopus and ‘yaki’ means to fry. Inside the balls contain pieces of octopus- it’s really good and really famous). Then use the special fry pan to make ball shaped dumplings. Then top it off with sauce, mayonnaise, furikake, and fish flakes.
